Maintaining good health with fats

Eating healthy fats are very important, just as trying to avoid high sugar or corn syrup is important.

Here are some healthy fat choices:
- Avacado
- Olive Oil
- Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil
- Nuts (especially almonds)
- Coconut
- Ghee

You want to try and get more Omega 3 in your diet. That's where fish oil would come in, as well as flaxseed oil. Olive oil is Omega 9.
